This project will construct a bridge over the Santa Clara River from Mitchell Drive/Vista Canyon Boulevard to Soledad Canyon Road, make associated roadway improvements on Soledad Canyon Road, and create a bike trail connection. Construction is anticipated to be complete by summer 2026.
