The City has adopted a Circulation Improvement Program to enhance intersection operations and capacity, reduce congestion, and improve safety in response to growth and changing travel patterns.
This project will expand the eastbound and westbound left-turn lanes on Valencia Boulevard from dual to triple lanes to increase capacity and reduce queuing. Improvements between McBean Parkway and Mall Entrance include roadway widening, relocation of street light and traffic signal poles, landscaping enhancements, median modifications, and updated striping to accommodate the revised lane configuration and improve overall traffic operations.
