I would like to adjourn tonight’s meeting in memory of Tom Clark.

Mr. Clark was a successful, independent real estate developer for over 50 years.

A 5th generation Los Angeles resident, his projects spanned California, Hawaii, Guam and Florida.

Mr. Clark had a long history of spearheading major industrial and residential projects in Southern California.

Most recently, his development firm led the Sand Canyon Plaza and the recently approved Wiley Canyon Project.

As part of the Sand Canyon Plaza, Mr. Clark agreed to an additional benefit for our community – working to transition 208 acres of beautiful, open land in Bee Canyon to the City.

Now known as the Lang Station Open space, this scenic, rugged terrain is available for hiking, trail running and wildlife viewing in the Santa Susana Mountains.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Cordelia, as well as three daughters and nine grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Tom Clark’s loved ones during this tough time.
