Highlights of action taken include:
- Approval of the tract map for Five Knolls (Formerly Keystone).
- Adoption of the Statement of Investment Policy for Fiscal Year 2016-17.
- Awarded contracts for the maintenance of several Landscape Maintenance District zones.
- The Santa Clarita Parking Authority adopted a resolution and made an Amendment to a Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement.
- Adoption of an ordinance to approve the rates for the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Fee for Fiscal Year 2016-17.
- Adoption of a resolution to authorize the issuance of the Santa Clarita Public Financing Authority Lease Revenue Refunding Bonds.
