CONSENT CALENDAR
- Approval of Joint City Council and Board of Library Trustees minutes from the February 10, 2015 meetings. – Approved
- Approve plans and specifications for Golden Valley Road Bridge Widening project which will provide two through lanes in each direction, and award contracts to Security Paving Company, Inc. and MNS Engineers Inc. for project. – Approved
- Authorize expenditure to allow for the demolition of building located at 22520 Lyons Avenue using rental income received from the previous tenant. – Authorized
- Adopt resolution approving an “Agreement Regarding Reinstatement of Loan” between the City of Santa Clarita and the Redevelopment Agency. – Adopted
- Check register No. 4 – Approved
NEW BUSINESS
6. Discuss, approve and pass to second reading of an ordinance entitled “Santa Clarita Municipal Code 6.02 – Manufactured Home Rent Adjustment Procedures”– Approved

Regular City Council meetings take place on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month. The next regular meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall.
