CONSENT CALENDAR—Highlights of the Consent Calendar included:

• Adopting the Legislative Subcommittee’s recommendation to oppose a bill which will require the City to establish an expedited permitting process for electric vehicle charging stations. 
• Introduction of an ordinance to provide a streamlined permitting process for small residential rooftop solar energy systems.
• Approving plans for the Lost Canyon Road Bridge Widening Project.
• Approving the Excess Bond Proceeds Expenditure Agreement, transferring funds from the Successor Agency to the City.
