The following is the recap from the City Council meeting on Tuesday, August 23, 2016:
Highlights of action taken include:
- Approval of a memorial wall to be installed at Veterans Historical Plaza.
- Awarded the design contract for the new Canyon Country Community Center.
- Adoption of a resolution for the installation of multiway stop control at the intersections of Paragon Drive and Honnold Drive, Paragon Drive and Carnegie Avenue, and Aldbury Street and Hardesty Avenue.
- Approval of the design contract for the 2016-17 Annual Overlay and Slurry Seal Program.
