The following is the recap from the City Council meeting on Tuesday, October 24, 2017:
Highlights of action taken include:
- Approved the plans and specifications for the Sand Canyon Trail Phase V project.
- Authorized the purchase of 452 replacement batteries for existing traffic signal battery systems.
- Adopted a resolution authorizing the installation of multiway stop control at the intersection of Via Princessa and the Golden Oak Community School driveway.
- Awarded the design contract for the McBean Parkway Median Realignment project.
- Approved the proposed Use Tax Sharing Agreement with the Santa Clarita Community College District.
- Approved the Civic Art Policy.
