The following is the recap from the City Council meeting on Tuesday, February 22, 2022:
Highlights of action taken include:
- Adopted a resolution for the summary vacation of an easement for slope purposes and an easement for drainage and flood control purposes at the site of the approved self-storage facility on Valley Center Drive.
- Awarded a two-year contract to Oak Springs Nursery, Inc., for a total contract amount not to exceed $596,762, to provide landscape maintenance services to Landscape Maintenance District Zone 28.
- Conducted a public hearing regarding the results of the 2022-23 Community Needs Assessment Survey for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.
