The Newhall Community Center (NCC) is available for weekend rentals. (Availability is limited) Host your next celebration or special events such as a baby showers, banquets, Quinceañeras, birthday parties, etc. with us.
Rentable Areas Include:
Multi-Purpose Room/Gym
The Multi-Purpose Room/Gym is the most spacious room at The Newhall Community Center, which is equipped with a basketball court, pickleball courts, and volleyball poles. This space is perfect for large meetings, performances, classes, seminars and many more activities.

Classroom
The Classroom is a versatile space with a built-in partition wall for more intimate gatherings such as meeting and workshops. With a built-in sink, the Classroom is ideal for artistic and creative activities/classes.

Dance Room
The Dance Room includes a hardwood floor and mirrored walls. The Dance Room is an ideal space for rehearsals, classes and performances.

Boxing Room
The Boxing room is a multipurpose fitness room, equipped with heavy bags, speed bags and rubber flooring. This room could potentially be an extension of the MPR, as it is divided by a liftable door.

Conference Room
The Conference Room is a small room for intimate gatherings or meetings. This room includes a white board and a screen for presentations.

Kitchen
The Kitchen may only be used as a warming kitchen, where caterers can utilize the microwave to warm already prepared food. The concession window allows for the serving of food from the Kitchen to the MPR. Refrigerator and ice maker stored in the cupboards are not to be used.
Outdoor Court/Outdoor Stage/Back lot
The Newhall Community Center is equipped with various outdoor areas, including the Outdoor Court, the Stage, and the Back Lot. The Outdoor Court consist of a basketball/ pickleball court and playground. The Stage is an extension of the MPR and is ideal for performances. The Back Lot is a large grass area with plenty of room for various activities.

FAQ
Q: Can I decorate early or bring any additional supplies or equipment?
A: Yes. However, additional supplies (i.e. balloons) or equipment (pipe and drape), can only be brought-in during the rental timeframe.
Q: When can I set-up for the rental event?
A: Decorating and set-up of your own equipment must be done during the rental time frame only.
Q: When is the cleanup/teardown time?
A: All personal equipment, decorations, and trash must be removed by the end of the
rental time frame.
