Heads Up!

Heads Up! is part of the City of Santa Clarita’s ongoing commitment to safer streets for everyone—drivers, pedestrians, cyclists and motorcyclists alike. Through targeted enforcement, improved roadway engineering and expanded community education, the City and the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station are working together to reduce traffic collisions and promote safer habits on the road. This Citywide effort encourages all residents to stay alert, eliminate distractions and share the road responsibly. Together, we can build a safer Santa Clarita—one action at a time.

• Raise awareness to keep Santa Clarita’s streets safe for everyone
• Eliminate distracted driving through community education and outreach
• Promote safe walking habits at crosswalks, sidewalks and school zones
