Welcome to City Hall Ceremonies. The City Clerk’s Office is proud to offer award-winning wedding services to our community, including Wedding Wednesdays where couples can apply for a marriage license and get married on Wednesdays at City Hall, an annual group wedding event, affectionately known as The Big I Do on Valentine’s Day at one of the City’s lovely venues, and the newly added Big I Do – Cowboy Festival Edition where couples can get married at Wm. S. Hart Park during the festival!
