The following is a recap of the City Council regular meeting on February 11, 2025:
Highlights of action taken include:
- Proclaimed February 2025 as Black History Month.
- Received a presentation on the 2025 One Story One City book, ‘The Inheritance of Orquídea Divina’ by Zoraida Córdova.
- Authorized the City Manager to execute a Fund Transfer Agreement from Los Angeles County to accept the 40 percent municipal share of funds collected from City of Santa Clarita properties under the Safe Clean Water Measure W parcel tax.
