The Engineering Services Division strives to enhance the quality of life in Santa Clarita by providing the technical guidance necessary to maintain the City’s infrastructure while planning for future growth. Specifically, Engineering Services provides the plan review and inspection of construction projects related to grading and infrastructure for new development; the review of land surveying documents and maps; management of design drawing records; administers floodplain services; and other programs.
