The following is a recap of the City Council meeting on October 10, 2023:
Highlights of action taken include:
- Proclaimed the month of October 2023 as Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
- Approved the purchase of an approximately 15,000-square-foot facility located on Citrus Street for the purpose of relocating Santa Clarita Public Television.
- Approved amending the existing contract with Robert Half International Inc. to increase the scope of work for professional finance and accounting services and authorized an expenditure increase for a total contract amount not to exceed $100,000.
- Adjourned the meeting in-memoriam of Senator Dianne Feinstein and Norman Jay Skinner.
