The Landscape Maintenance District (LMD) zones below are administered and maintained by the City of Santa Clarita Office of Special Districts. All zones are financially independent and carry unique identifying numbers and names. When the letter “T” appears before the number, the zone was originally created by the County of Los Angeles.

The general boundary is Lyons Avenue on the south, Wiley Canyon Road on the west, Orchard Village Road on the east and the northern boundary is represented at the intersection of Wiley Canyon Road and Orchard Village Road. |

| T-31 | Shangri-La | Canyon Country | This zone contains the following communities: Shangri-La, Outlook, Sienna Ridge and Olympic Crest. The shopping center that includes the Jo Anne Darcy City Library is also in the zone. The zone is accessed from Shangri-La Drive and Soledad Canyon Road. |
| T-33 | Canyon Park | Canyon Country | This zone contains the Canyon Park and Sundance Canyon Park community and is accessed from Canyon Park Drive Boulevard and incudes the circulation streets Oakmont Drive and Oak Canyon Drive. |
| T-44 | Bouquet Canyon | Canyon Country | This zone contains the Bouquet Canyon neighborhood and is accessed from Bouquet Canyon Road at David Way and includes the circulation streets of Shadow Valley Lane and Woodside Drive. |

| T-47 | North Park | Valencia | This zone contains the neighborhoods sounding Chesebrough Park, the Valencia Mayfair community, North Park Elementary School, Grace Baptist Church, Sky Crest and Provence at Valencia apartments and the Ralphs shopping center with Wolf Creek restaurant. |

Shopping and commercial areas include the Plaza Del Rancho shopping center as well as businesses sounding Valencia High School and on Smyth Drive from Copper Hill Drive to Dickason Drive. |

Access is from Lost Canyon Road and Wren Drive, Laurel Way and includes circulation roads of Dove Willow Street, Cherry Willow Drive Gladesworth. |

| 7 | Creekside | Valencia | This zone contains the neighborhoods that back up to or are near the San Franciscquito River Trail of: Creekside, Belcaro, and Fountain Glen Senior Apartments which. The zone also includes Heritage Park and the Summer Hill shopping center. The zone is accessed from the west side of McBean Parkway at Fairview Drive, Decoro Drive and the Belcaro entrance. |

| 17 | Bouquet/Railroad Ave. | Saugus | This zone contains the commercial and industrial properties paralleling both east and west sides of Newhall Avenue. |
| 18 | Town Center/Tourney Rd. | Valencia | This zone contains the Westfield Valencia Mall and surrounding retail and residential areas near the Hyatt Hotel. It also includes the industrial and medical facilities on Tourney Road and the auto dealerships. Other areas in the zone are properties near to the Santa Clarita City Hall building. |

| 22 | Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital | Valencia | This zone contains the medical properties within the Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital campus. |
| 23 | Montecito | Canyon Country | This zone contains the Montecito condominiums located on both the north and south side of Golden Valley Road just west of the 14 Freeway. |
| 24 | Canyon Gate | Canyon Country | This zone contains the Canyon Gate residential neighborhood located north of Golden Valley Road and extends west from the intersection of Golden Valley Road and Sierra Highway and is accessed from Golden Valley Road at both Canyon Gate. |
| 25 | Valle Di Oro | Canyon Country | This zone contains the residential neighborhood of Valle Di Oro and is accessed from Sierra Highway near Golden Valley Road. |
| 26 | Centre Pointe | Canyon Country | The zone contains the commercial and retail stores in and around Home Depot and the City of Santa Clarita Aquatics Center. This zone is accessed from Soledad Canyon Road at Golden Valley Road and included circulations streets Centre Point Parkway, Avenue Ruther Golden Triangle Road, McKeon Way and Carl Boyer Drive. |
| 27 | Circle J Ranch | Newhall | This zone contains Circle J Ranch neighborhood but not the gated community at the end of Circle J Ranch Road and is accessed from Newhall Avenue at Oak Ridge Drive and also from Via Princessa Parkway. Included in the zone is the neighborhood adjacent to Circle J Ranch park and circulation streets are Cardiffe Drive, Claybourne Lane, Oxford Lane, Farnewood Lane, and Heather Lane. |
| 28 | Newhall | Newhall | This zone contains the downtown Newhall area including the residential and commercial areas on Railroad Avenue from the Circle J Ranch community to Newhall Avenue. The neighborhoods sounding Hart High and Placerita Jr. High Schools are in this zone too. Also included are the retail business on Main Street and the east end of Lyons Avenue. Finally it includes the residential and commercial areas on Newhall Avenues from 9th Street to the 14 Freeway including the communities sounding Valle del Oro, Dockweiler. The zone is accessed from both Lyons and Railroad Avenues as well as Newhall Avenue and the 14 Freeway. |
