The City of Santa Clarita provides resources related to affordable housing and for landlords and tenants.  For information on these services, call the Housing Hotline at (661) 286-4141.

Housing staff is also responsible for administering the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, which provides funding for community programs and investments in community infrastructure.

The City receives CDBG funds annually from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The City wants your input as we prioritize the potential uses for this funding for our 2025-26 Annual Action Plan.

Notice of Funding Availability 2025-2026

The City of Santa Clarita is excited to release the 2025-2026 Notice of Funding Availability for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. Utilization of these funds are primarily intended to assist low- and moderate-income residents in the community. 
 
This opportunity is available for Non-Profit organizations and the City will accept funding applications from November 11, 2024 to December 20, 2024 at 12:00 p.m.
