The City of Santa Clarita was recently awarded a Measure H grant in the amount of $126,493 from the County of Los Angeles to develop innovative solutions to local homeless issues. To encourage collaboration, creativity, and ultimately have the maximum positive impact on those experiencing homelessness, the City has decided to create mini-grants available to local service providers. The deadline for submissions is December 31, 2020.
The City will rate bidders on their ability to meet the selection criteria. Each grant will not exceed the designated amount of $25,000. The number of grants and the allotment of funding to each grant recipient will be decided after the submission process has taken place and the City has rated each proposal.
