The City of Santa Clarita is the Housing Successor to the former Redevelopment Agency. In its role as Housing Successor, the City manages the funds and properties in the Low and Moderate Income Housing Asset Fund (LMIHAF), and is responsible to carry out affordable housing requirements in related law.
